POP UP BREVARD
Community Through Creativity
Have you ever wanted to create a work of art, refinish a piece of furniture, or bake the perfect pie crust, but weren’t sure where to start?
Pop Up Brevard is a bimonthly workshop that features local artists and makers.
Artists and artisans will share their unique talents, and guide individuals through the creation process, resulting in a finished piece or unique skill to take home! Pop Up Brevard is designed to build community through creativity, while generating exposure for local artists and businesses. Workshops will be fun and relaxed, in an environment that will nurture learning, and where you can feel free to experiment and build your skills. We consider each Pop Up event to be an opportunity to learn and connect, while meeting new friends. So come solo, or bring some friends, and let’s learn some skills together!

Holiday Pallet Sign Workshop
DECEMBER 10TH, 2PM-4PM
Cost: $30/person

A beautiful addition to your holiday decor or a heartfelt gift for a loved one!
From start to finish, local artist and native of Brevard, NC, Emily Taylor, will walk you through the assembly and decoration of a holiday themed pallet board sign!
Whether you are a beginner needing guidance, or an experienced artist looking to show off your creativity amongst friends, this workshop is for you!

Baking Hand Pies
SATURDAY, JANUARY 13TH 2PM-4PM

Pie crust can seem intimidating to new bakers, but it doesn't have to be!
Caitlin Coffey of Butter & Blooms will walk us through a simple old fashioned butter crust that pairs perfectly with your favorite pie fillings. We will talk about pie basics and you will go home with a selection of hand pies!
